Certificate of Conformance

Certificates of Conformance (COC) with supporting manufacturer traceability is available for select items. Add quantity one COC for each line item that the buyer requires a COC. List the item that requires the COC in the comment section of the order when checking out. The fee per COC is $25.  call or email if there are any questions.  Our office will contact the buyer for instructions prior to processing your order if United SAR is unable to provide a COC for the requested item.
